Kuih Lapis is a steamed layer cake made from coconut milk and tapioca flour. Our version also uses pandan in some layers, adding to the cake's vibrant colours.

Storage: These should be stored in the fridge, but best eaten at room temperature (so take them out an hour or two before serving to warm up a little) and must be eaten within 3 days.
