Delivery

What are your delivery charges?

We charge a flat rate for delivery, depending on postcode. 

Charges are as follows:

£6 per delivery for the green postcodes (W3 - W6, W12, NW10)

£8 per delivery for the yellow postcodes (WC, W1, W2, W7-W11, W13, W14, EC, N1, NW1, NW6, NW8, SE1, SW1, SW3, SW5 - SW7, SW10, SW11, SW13 - SW15, SW18, TW7-TW9, UB1, UB2, UB6)

£10 per delivery for the blue postcodes (E1, E1W, SE11, SW4, SW8, SW9, SW12) 

£12 per delivery for the purple postcodes (E2, E3, E8, E9, E14, SE10, SE13 - SE17, SE4, SE5, SE8)

For delivery outside of these area there may be an increase in the charge, but you will be advised of the exact amount before you need to pay for your order. 

​Can you deliver outside London?
We can send certain products via courier across the UK.

Delivery costs start at £8 for pineapple tarts and peanut cookies, £12 for all other items. A full list of items available for nationwide delivery can be found here.

​Can I collect my order in person instead?
You may collect in person either from Acton Central Overground Station (Churchfield Rd, W3 6BS) or from our Saturday market stall in Church Square, Putney (SW15 1SN). Please contact us to find out where our next market will be.

When do you deliver? 
We hand-deliver within London Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and some Sundays.

Nationwide Courier orders are despatched Tuesday - Thursday with Next Day Delivery, for delivery Wednesday - Friday.
